"I’ve spent my life navigating two seemingly different phases: a successful career in Investment Banking managing hundreds of bankers and a deeply transformative path of Inner Alchemy and Spiritual Awakening. These two different but complementary and interconnected experiences have led me to my mission today: 'To support the process of awakening by sharing the powerful teachings of Inner Alchemy and, in finance, to facilitate the process of compensation for consumers subject to financial injustice.'
At the peak of my banking career in London, my world was turned upside down. Falsely accused of a white-collar crime I didn’t commit, I lost my career, wealth and (almost) my mental health, enduring a decade-long legal battle that ultimately ended in full absolution. One of the most challenging periods of my life became the catalyst for profound transformation. In those years, I began a journey of self-work, exploring many different practices and teachings till I discovered the powerful philosophy and practice of Inner Alchemy. It completely changed how I manage my mental and emotional dynamics and the way I view challenges, success, and purpose. It triggered in me a renewed sense of self-empowerment and trust in life. , and led to my new professional mission in litigation finance.
My desire to share the transformative power of Inner Alchemy inspired me to create and launch MEYA, an app that combines music, meditation and Inner Alchemy to make the meditative experience easier, more enjoyable and more transformative. Following the publication of my book The Secret Power of Inner Alchemy, I also founded The School of Inner Alchemy, where I share insights and practical exercises for self-mastery and personal growth. After the conclusion of my legal proceedings, in 2023, I’ve returned to the world of finance with a renewed sense of purpose. I founded Phoenix Finance, focusing on empowering justice by facilitating law firm funding for consumers who have been subject to unlawful fees and injustice by financial institutions." - Raffaele Ricci
